Denim Date So how is summer treating you? The one fabric everyone has in their wardrobe is definitely blue denim. It is sort of like a unifier, of all people, all races, all gender. Here I am wearing a perfect denim dress for summer. It has spaghetti straps and is styled for comfort. one can either wear chappals, strappy shoes or even sport wedges with this look. I have styled this look with yellow strappy wedges and a black choker. My large peach tote bag carried all my essentials for the day. This look made me feel like I was five again. It means Land by the shore.  For the past 28 years 'Karavalli' has been catering to bangaloreans with its wide array of coastal Malabar cuisine. I was lucky enough to be invited on Sunday to try their 'Malabar Mappila' breakfast. I was simply stunned at its rich, varied taste and another suprise, it tastes home-made. Now that is a difficult objective to obtain. Not only that, it is perfect for health conscious folks as well. Let me begin with the first dish I was served called 'Puttu and kadle curry' Rice and coconut Chick peas curry The curry was very tangy and made of chick peas.
