For the past 28 years 'Karavalli' has been catering to bangaloreans with its wide array of coastal Malabar cuisine. I was lucky enough to be invited on Sunday to try their 'Malabar Mappila' breakfast. I was simply stunned at its rich, varied taste and another suprise, it tastes home-made. Now that is a difficult objective to obtain. Not only that, it is perfect for health conscious folks as well. Let me begin with the first dish I was served called 'Puttu and kadle curry' Rice and coconut Chick peas curry The curry was very tangy and made of chick peas.
